Restaurant Manager – Fego (Various Locations)

Full-Time | Daytime Only | Weekend Availability Required

At Fego, we're always on the lookout for exceptional people to join our management family. While we may not be hiring for a specific location right now, there's always room at the table for passionate leaders who want to grow with us. If you’re a driven, hands-on Restaurant Manager looking for a new home, we want to hear from you.

About Us

Fego is a warm, home-from-home daytime restaurant with South African roots. We believe in breaking down barriers—there’s no front or back of house here, just one hardworking team delivering fresh, comforting food and genuine hospitality. Our guests return for the atmosphere, the warmth, and the experience—and that all starts with our people.

The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a vital part of your site’s success, balancing service leadership, team development and the business side of operations. You’ll need to be on the floor, engaging with guests and team members, and driving a high-energy, positive environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
