The Opportunity
Are you a driven General Manager looking to lead a high-volume, late-night cocktail bar in one of London’s busiest nightlife destinations? Be At One Russell Street, just moments from Covent Garden station, is seeking an experienced and energetic leader to take this fast-paced venue to the next level.
This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a single-floor, 200-capacity bar in the heart of the West End, surrounded by thriving late-night hospitality venues and a strong industry crowd. With consistent footfall, a vibrant atmosphere and a newly launched offer already gaining traction, this site offers huge commercial potential for a General Manager who thrives on energy, creativity and operational excellence.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving sales growth and maintaining best-in-class operational standards. You will lead from the front, especially on busy late-night shifts, ensuring every guest enjoys the electric, high-energy experience that Be At One is known for. Your leadership will inspire a small but vital management and front of house team, building capability, confidence and pride in the brand.
Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to analyse performance, manage costs and maximise profitability. You will use your creativity to drive sales through engaging cocktail promotions, themed nights, partnerships and innovative ideas that keep the venue fresh, exciting and competitive within the Covent Garden nightlife scene.
We are looking for a proven General Manager with experience in high-volume, late-night bars or cocktail-led venues. You will be calm under pressure, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional standards in service, atmosphere and operations. A hands-on approach is essential, alongside the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
