General Manager – Fire & Sprinkler Systems | Competitive salary + remuneration options available | Central London
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to join a growing fire and sprinkler systems business based in Central London.
Established for 8.5 years, the company has built a client base of around 150 customers, primarily Tier 2 clients. The business is now focused on strengthening its reputation, growing further, and securing more Tier 1 clients. Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will play a key role in leading the business through its next phase of growth.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the MD to drive operational performance, commercial growth and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and managing day-to-day business operations.
- Supporting the MD in delivering the company's growth strategy.
- Improving operational efficiency, processes and profitability.
- Developing existing client relationships and winning larger accounts.
- Supporting the company's move into the Tier 1 market.
- Maintaining high standards across installation, commissioning and servicing.
- Developing and supporting the team as the business grows.
- Ensuring strong customer service and delivery standards.
About You
We are looking for an experienced senior manager with a background in fire protection, sprinkler, M&E or related building services.
Ideally, You Will Have
- Proven experience in senior operational or general management.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of business growth.
- Experience managing teams, operations and client relationships.
- A good understanding of installation, commissioning and servicing.
- The confidence to deal with senior clients and stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive approach and the ambition to help scale a growing business.
