About The Role

As General Manager you will be responsible for all areas of the business to ensure the success of our high-volume operation showcasing your skills and knowledge to ensure a memorable guest experience delivered by a motivated and skilled team.

With the ability to manage and overcome challenges as they arise in daily operations you will need to be highly adaptable and team player! We want to make sure our team members and guests have a Sicker Than Yo Average time in our venues, so being responsible for all aspects of the business to ensure the experience is safe, fun and well organised will be key to success!

Essential

  • General Manager experience in a large busy venue
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a customer focussed team to deliver high standards
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, health and safety and licensing laws
  • England and Wales/Scottish Personal Licence

Desired

  • Experience in a multi-site unit, managing multiple locations within a complex
  • Food safety and hygiene qualifications
  • Health and Safety accreditation
