You will be the heartbeat of the store, building a culture, driving performance, and delivering an experience that keeps guests coming back.

What We're Looking For
- Proven GM or senior management experience in hospitality.
- Strong commercial instinct — you understand labour, cost of sales, and margin.
- A natural leader who develops and inspires people.
- Exceptional standards with an eye for the finest details.
- Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Passionate about premium food, desserts, and guest experience.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
