We have an exciting opportunity to join our stunning Hotel du Vin Cambridge, as General Manager. We’re looking for a leader, someone who will understand that running a successful business isn’t just about exceeding the brand standards, or having a super P&L. We want someone who will look after the team and by developing them, will deliver the expectation of first-class service.
In this role you’re a real organiser who loves leading and motivating your team. You will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business and set Hotel Du Vin apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
You will understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.
Our Hotel du Vin Cambridge occupies a quaint location on Trumpington Street amidst the backdrop of Grade II listed buildings, elegant architecture, and meandering cobbled streets, and offers 41 uniquely designed rooms and suites, a Bistro, Cellar Bar, and stunning function rooms, we’re, therefore, looking for someone with previous experience in managing a similar sized hotel with a strong focus on food and beverage.

Our Sustainability Goals
