About the Role
Ready to join a global leader in livestock technology in a highly visible and strategic leadership role, where no two days are the same? As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, business performance and long-term development across a diverse partner network, helping to support the continued growth of this industry leader. Working in a hybrid capacity, with regular travel to our client's office in central England and partner locations, this varied role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive performance, strengthen relationships and support the delivery of key business objectives. To succeed, you will bring proven experience in driving commercial performance, alongside the ability to think strategically and build strong, lasting relationships. Equally comfortable in the boardroom, the field or leading challenging conversations, you will be a resilient, adaptable and highly professional leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand the partner network and deliver long-term business plans
- Provide strategic direction and support to achieve sales and service goals across the business
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure aligned priorities and effective execution of development plans
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams through effective performance management, training and a collaborative culture
- Monitor performance and compliance using data and regular reviews to drive continuous improvement and commercial success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Required Skills
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior management role; driving commercial performance and growth
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of audiences
- Strong relationship building skills, the ability to establish trust and collaborate effectively
- Resilient and confident in managing differing viewpoints and navigating challenges
- Highly organised able to manage own diary
- Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse performance and financial data
- Credible and professional
- Adaptable, with experience working across teams and managing competing priorities
- Proficient IT skills
- UK driving licence and desire to travel

Pay range and compensation package
A comparative salary, car allowance, benefits package and pension commensurate with the successful candidate's level of experience
