General Manager - Dundee - £50k
I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a venue in the Dundee area.
This venue doesn’t settle for second best and I’m looking for a General Manager that doesn’t either – so if you’re looking to be part of a fantastic company who can offer you career development, then this is the role you have been looking for.
As General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the venue with an annual turnover of £1m. You will lead and inspire a management team of 10 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of a retail/ grab & go outlet and unique event space. The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills:

- Working within a General management role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Extensive experience within contract catering.
- Managed a P&L in the region of £1m.
- High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery.
- Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue.
