General Manager – Pub, Restaurant & Bakery – Oxford – 70k +
The Company – Huge investment & backing
This company is one of the world’s leading technology companies and has recently acquired this historic pub, renovating it to an exceptional standard. It’s a cosy pub at heart, serving seasonal British classics, with private rooms and its own bakery. This role is for a General Manager who wants to really play a big part in creating and leading something special.
The Package – Up to 70k Base

The Role – To open and lead the business
- To be part of the project from the beginning
- Build, coach and develop a brilliant hospitality team
- Own budgets, labour, GP, forecasting and overall commercial performance
- Work with the Executive Chef to develop the food and drink offer
- Drive standards while creating warm, relaxed and memorable hospitality
