General Manager — Independent Restaurant Group

London | Salary: £55,000

About the Business

Our client is a well-loved, independent restaurant group with a strong reputation across London. Built on a clear culinary identity and a genuine passion for hospitality, the brand has grown steadily to multiple sites across the capital, with further openings planned.

The business is backed by hospitality investors and is in a genuine growth phase making this a rare opportunity to join a brand with real momentum, strong founder involvement, and a clear path for career progression as the estate expands.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead one of the group's London sites. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, driving standards, developing your team, and delivering a guest experience that matches the quality of the food.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
