Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Warehouse and Logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing service delivery, cost management, revenue enablement, and people leadership across a complex 24/7 food warehousing operation for a major retail client.

You will join a dynamic, round-the-clock operations team dedicated to delivering best-in-class customer satisfaction in a safe, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day 24/7 food warehousing operations, driving continuous improvement, resource optimization, and budget control to deliver peak operational performance and total client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership, shift-based teams, and external retail client stakeholders to build long-term relationships and align daily operations with business strategy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, health and safety policies, client data security guidelines, and business ethics across all shifts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience directly managing complex, 24/7 food warehousing and distribution operations, including cold chain, chilled, or ambient food environments.
  • Strong knowledge of operational service delivery, shift-based staff management, Profit and Loss (P&L) control, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proven ability in regional strategy execution, cross-functional stakeholder management, project management, and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated track record of building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams.
