Our mission
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant and will be expected to drive sales and ensure profitability.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with proven experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 12 staff, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales and manage budgets effectively.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
- Managing and developing the team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Driving sales growth and ensuring profitability.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Managing inventory and controlling costs.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer base.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
