Description:
Lord Wargrave is an authentic American-inspired BBQ, whisky bar & neighbourhood pub in the heart of Marylebone. The pub offers exceptional food and drinks, including dry-rubbed and smoked meats, a collection of over 200 whiskies, and expertly crafted cocktails.
Role Overview:
- Run the pub like it's yours
- Build and look after a brilliant team
- Keep the BBQ, whisky, and cocktail offerings exceptional
- Watch the numbers as closely as the guest experience
- Make the Lord Wargrave the Marylebone pub people can't stop talking about
Requirements:
- Genuinely loves food and drink
- Lives and breathes hospitality
- Great knowledge of the London food and drink scene
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager
- Deep knowledge of premium food-led pubs and quality food & drink businesses
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Superb customer and floor service skills
- Solid financials, operations, and customer-satisfaction know-how
- Entrepreneurial flair and passion for people development
- Personal Licence holder is a plus
