General Manager of Operations & Growth

To help us achieve that vision, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Operations & Growth.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll take ownership of the operational performance of the business, ensuring our people, processes and service standards continue to evolve as we grow.
You'll be empowered to challenge existing ways of working, implement improvements, develop future leaders and drive a culture built around accountability, collaboration and exceptional client outcomes.
This is a highly visible leadership position where your decisions will directly influence the future direction and success of the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leadership
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Mentor future leaders and support succession planning.
- Foster an environment where people feel valued, supported and challenged to achieve their best.

Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operational performance of the business.
- Improve processes, systems and efficiencies to support continued growth.
- Ensure consistently high standards of client service across all departments.
- Monitor performance against business objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Growth
- Work alongside the Directors to deliver the company's strategic growth plans.
- Support the recruitment, development and retention of exceptional people.
- Identify operational opportunities that improve profitability, scalability and client experience.
- Help shape the future structure of the business as we continue to expand.
Commercial Performance
- Understand the drivers of business performance and contribute towards achieving ambitious growth objectives.
- Use data and management information to support informed decision-making.
- Encourage a culture where commercial awareness and exceptional customer outcomes work hand in hand.
About You
You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys bringing out the very best in people. You're commercially minded, naturally collaborative and someone who enjoys finding better ways of doing things.
You'll also bring:

Experience within commercial insurance or financial services would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in exceptional leaders from other professional service environments who can demonstrate transferable leadership, operational and commercial skills.
