• Impeccable Standards: You have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. You will take pride in maintaining the venue's appearance, which includes directly managing our cleaning team and maintenance needs.
• Core Management Skills: You possess a solid understanding of basic HR processes, including team onboarding, performance management, and rotas.
• Practical Mindset: We are looking for a grounded, straight-talking, and pragmatic professional who focuses on hard work, clear communication, and getting the job done.

Requirements

• Previous experience in General Management or an equivalent role
