Role: General Manager – Fraser Place, Canary Wharf

Frasers Hospitality owns and operates 7 properties in the UK. Brands include Fraser Suites, Fraser Place and Fraser Residence, as well as Park International Hotel. These perfectly located properties can be found in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow providing guests with a comfortable and luxurious experience. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, our accommodations are available for short and extended stays.

Fraser Place Canary Wharf offers 108 contemporary, fully furnished serviced apartments in one of the capital’s most dynamic districts. Located close to the O2 Arena, ExCeL London and Canary Wharf’s financial hub, our residence blends the independence of apartment living with the comfort of hotel-style service, perfect for business trips, family breaks, or extended stays.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a General Manager

  • Lead the team to achieve short- and long-term goals while upholding the highest standards of service.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the property, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, events, and maintenance. Maintain seamless operations to provide a flawless stay experience for guests.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards across all areas of the property, from guest rooms to amenities, ensuring that the property consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Drive revenue generation and cost management strategies to achieve financial targets. Analyse financial reports, implement effective pricing strategies, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, creating a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
  • Collaborating with support functions and managing projects.
  • Complying with company procedures and internal audits.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of successful leadership as a General Manager or in senior management roles within serviced apartments, hotels, or high-end hospitality establishments.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery and operational performance.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost control, to drive the hotel's financial success.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
  • You are a great leader who enjoys developing and mentoring others.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team who all share the same goals – to create memories that our guests will remember.
  • You would like to build upon your leadership and team management skills.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Our Sustainability Goals:

  • 100% of our electricity is generated using renewable energy with most of it coming from Wind Farms around the UK
  • We recycle a minimum of 70% of the waste from our hotels. This target is achieved by everyone I the hotel focusing on the waste we produce and is championed by our Sustainability Council who work on project year round
