GENERAL MANAGER
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist
Wellbeing doesn’t run itself, it takes someone who can read the room and keep the whole operation moving.
Based on-site at a major broadcasting company’s campus in Osterley, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day running of our wellbeing facilities and services, from Active Spaces to salons and sports parks. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, keep standards high, and make sure every visit reflects the level of care people expect.
Working closely with the Account Manager, you’ll balance the operational reality of running Active Spaces, salons, and sports facilities with a longer view, spotting opportunities, shaping new services, and keeping the offer moving forward. It’s a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable coaching a team and presenting numbers to senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
