A New Era of Pizza
Are you an experienced hospitality leader who loves building great teams, driving performance, and creating memorable guest experiences? Ready to be part of an exciting new opening and help shape its success from day one?
We're bringing Forbici to Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent, and we're looking for a Team Leader to lead our newest restaurant, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional experiences every day.
At Forbici, we're redefining what pizza can be. With biga fermentation at the heart of our kitchens, an obsession with quality, and genuine hospitality at the centre of every guest experience, every detail matters. Inspired by Naples, driven by craft, and shaped by the cities we call home, this is pizza done properly.
Our people make Forbici, and we're proud to be recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2024, 2025 & 2026, reflecting the culture we're building and the teams behind our success.
Role Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant, developing a high-performing team, driving commercial results, and creating a culture where both guests and colleagues thrive. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up and play a pivotal role in the success of one of London's most exciting restaurant openings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
