General Manager – Luxury Hospitality
£60,000-70,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits
PRS is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality client to recruit an exceptional General Manager for one of their flagship venues.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a high-end environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving commercial success.
Our client is renowned for its commitment to excellence, premium service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences. They are seeking a hands-on, commercially astute General Manager who can lead from the front while maintaining the highest operational standards.
The Role
As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and financial performance of the venue. Leading both Front of House and Back of House management teams, you will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and a culture that inspires both employees and guests alike.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a strong presence on the floor, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic business management with hands-on operational leadership.
About You
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who combines exceptional leadership skills with strong commercial acumen.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience successfully managing independent, high-end restaurants in London is essential.
- A demonstrable track record of delivering strong commercial performance while maintaining exceptional guest experience.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, labour control, and profit optimisation.
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury or premium setting.
- A hands-on management style with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A thorough understanding of hospitality compliance, health & safety, and operational best practice.
