General Manager - Telford Branch
Are you an experienced and driven leader with a proven track record of excelling in a high-volume car sales environment? If so, we want you to lead our team as the General Manager of our Telford branch!

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
- Coaching and training sales staff to consistently meet monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets
- Managing budgets and overseeing the financial health of the branch
- Conducting staff performance reviews and leading recruitment efforts
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Streamlining operations for maximum efficiency and profitability, focusing on volume and margin KPIs
To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and direct a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Confidence in managing teams while seizing every opportunity to grow sales
- A natural ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their best
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- A positive, empathetic, and motivated approach
- A full, clean driving licence
