The candidate will be based half the week at the Bethlem Royal Hospital working alongside ward managers, team leaders, and matrons. The other time will be at New Douglas Bennett House Maudsley Hospital and several team sites across South East London. The role requires visibility to front-line services, resolving escalations from day-to-day management of multiple services with a significant range of rostering and workforce needs such as wellbeing interventions and weekly recruitment tasks, ensuring all workforce key performance indicators are met and maintained. As a result of diverse commissioning arrangements, financial management will be a priority for this role, and will include detailed oversight of inflow bed management across several wards and invoicing individual ICBs for care provided. The candidate will be required to provide assurances on the quality of care provided using a range of reporting mechanisms both internally and externally to the Trust.
