General Manager | Botanica Hall | Clapham Junction

Botanica Hall is a little bit different.

Right in the heart of Clapham Junction, within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building, Botanica is the kind of place that can start with a morning coffee, drift into a long lunch, get lively over bottomless brunch and finish with cocktails, DJs and a late night.

With stylish all-day dining, a coal-fired kitchen, seriously good cocktails and a venue that knows how to have a good time, Botanica has become one of South West London's go-to destinations for everything from date nights and celebrations to after-work drinks and big weekends.

By day, it's about great food, brunches and catching up with friends. By night, the lights go down, the cocktails come out and Botanica shifts gear.

And now we're looking for someone to take the reins.

You'll Be The Sort Of Person Who...

  • Understands what makes a great lifestyle venue tick, where food, drinks, service, music and atmosphere all work together
  • Thrives on the energy of a busy brunch, packed dining room, celebration booking or late-night crowd
  • Can drive daytime trade as confidently as evening and late-night business
  • Has a genuine passion for quality food, cocktails and hospitality
  • Knows how to create an atmosphere that keeps guests staying for one more drink
  • Is commercially sharp and knows how to turn a busy venue into a successful one
  • Leads from the floor, inspiring teams through presence, energy and example

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
