General Manager, The Social
Full Time, Permanent | St Andrews
Are you ready to lead one of St Andrews' most exciting hospitality venues?
The Social is an ambitious all-day destination combining specialty coffee, food, a licensed bar, retail, events, and student experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the business to the next level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious hospitality leader who wants the freedom to make an impact, build a high-performing team, and shape the future of an exciting and evolving venue.
What you'll do
- Lead all day-to-day operations across food, beverage, retail, and events.
- Inspire, develop, and coach a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Plan and deliver events and promotions that increase footfall and revenue.
- Manage budgets, labor, stock, and compliance to the highest standards.
- Work closely with our senior leadership team to grow The Social into St Andrews' leading hospitality destination.

- A proven hospitality leader with General Manager or senior management experience.
