GENERAL MANAGER

(Store Leadership — Lefties UK)

Who we are

Lefties is a part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties.

Fashion is what we sell. How we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success. As Lefties expands in the UK, we’re building teams who thrive on pace, purpose and customer-first retail.

The role

As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. You set the pace, lead the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

You lead through people: building a strong leadership team, developing talent and creating a culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and clear on priorities — even under pressure.

This role is for you if you…

  • Lead with emotional intelligence, integrity and a positive mindset
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure
  • Are commercially strong — confident using KPIs and insight to drive performance
  • Are organised, reliable and great at prioritising in real time
  • Build great teams: you coach leaders, develop talent and create accountability with care
  • Are adaptable and proactive — you react quickly to change and keep the store moving
  • Are resilient and ambitious, always looking to learn, improve and progress
  • Align naturally with Inditex values and ethical standards, including sustainability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
