Urban Greens is an innovative salad concept reshaping London’s healthy eating scene. We’re on a mission to change how people think about salads - using only the freshest, most vibrant ingredients to create bowls that are as satisfying as they are nourishing.

About The Role

As a key leader within our business, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring your team delivers an outstanding experience every day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take full ownership of your store’s overall performance, driving sales and profitability in line with targets.
  • Lead, train, and develop your team, managing day-to-day operations while embedding the culture at every level.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, handling conflict professionally with a customer-first mindset.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
  • Control all store costs, including cost of goods and labour, to maximise profitability.
  • Oversee food quality standards and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and evaluate product quality to ensure brand standards are consistently met.
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards of service.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work environment that motivates and retains staff.
  • Be an ambassador for everything we stand for, ensuring our brand reputation is upheld at every customer touchpoint.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 4:00pm.

Weekend availability required.
