About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, service-led hospitality leader to take ownership of an exciting and growing workplace hospitality operation.
Set within a stunning office environment, this role is all about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, building a fantastic team culture and helping shape the future of a growing business. You'll lead breakfast, lunch and dinner services, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, resilient and thrives on being at the heart of the operation. Someone who loves people, embraces innovation, and understands that great service starts with a great team.
What You'll Bring
- A background in luxury hotels, lifestyle hotels, premium hospitality or high-end restaurant environments
- A genuine passion for five-star service and exceptional guest experiences
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
- Experience building, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
- A passion for learning and development, with a genuine desire to help people grow and succeed
- Strong operational and commercial awareness
- Resilience, adaptability and a positive approach to challenges
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- The confidence to build strong relationships with clients, guests and stakeholders
- Fresh ideas, creativity and a modern approach to hospitality
