Be At One Richmond - General Manager

Up to £42,000 per annum plus bonuses

About Us

Stonegate Group is the UK’s largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues, including Slug & Lettuce, Be At One, and Popworld, to name a few. We’re proud of our diverse portfolio and deeply committed to creating an inclusive culture that embraces individuality in all its forms—including neurodiversity. By fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported, we reflect the vibrant communities we serve and empower our people to thrive.

The Opportunity

An established premium cocktail bar in one of London's most affluent and desirable locations. Situated just a short walk from Richmond station and moments from the Thames, the venue benefits from a loyal local following, strong commuter trade and a steady flow of visitors drawn to the area's vibrant food and drink scene. Operating across two floors, with opportunities to grow private events and celebrations, this is a business with huge potential in a highly competitive market.

Richmond is known for its affluent residential community, bustling town centre, riverside attractions and excellent transport links into Central London. It's a destination where guests have high expectations, making it the perfect environment for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and building a standout local business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
