General Manager Opportunity at Two Michelin Starred Restaurant Story
You will be a hands-on, inspiring and enthusiastic leader, responsible for delivering an incredible dining experience to all our guests in a friendly and creative restaurant environment.
Tom Sellers tells his story and the story of British food through an ever-evolving tasting menu of seasonal dishes. The restaurant gained its first Michelin star after five months of opening in 2013 and its second Michelin star in 2021.

General Manager Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager essential, preferably Michelin or 3+ Rosette
- Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team
- Possess a passion for hospitality and service at the highest level
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage
- Experienced in managing financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety
- Warm, friendly and humble personality
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with impeccable attention to detail
- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group
