General Manager
At Heartwood Collection, we’re searching for a dynamic, people-first leader to take the helm as General Manager and bring energy, warmth, and excellence to one of our standout locations. We’re an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and vibrant brasseries that feel like a true home-from-home. From the timeless elegance of Brasserie Blanc to the welcoming charm of Heartwood Inns, everything we do is rooted in fresh, seasonal food and genuine hospitality for our local communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience running a high-performing site or fresh food restaurant
- A strong track record of developing managers and teams
- Confidence across all areas of hospitality (including rooms where applicable)
- 2–3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a branded environment
- A solid understanding of HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery
- The ability to take full ownership of your business and drive results
