General Manager

We are looking for fun and hard-working people to manage a quick service restaurant ensuring our guests receive a great experience and the team are well looked after, the rest looks after itself.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take an interest in Japanese food & culture.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the performance of the restaurant.
  • Always be training and building a strong team to deliver the company’s objectives.
  • Ensure the company’s Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures are strictly followed.
