General Manager - AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness
Salary up to £75k

Our ideal candidate
- A great leader, and team player, with a natural ability to motivate, a desire to nurture talent, and a genuine ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially driven, with sound financial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results
- As comfortable on the “shop floor” as they are in the boardroom budgeting, forecasting, and auditing
- An experienced, seasoned leader, with a substantial understanding of branded environment. Previous Marriott exposure a distinct advantage.
- Creative, flexible, and up to date with the hospitality trends, offerings, and products
