A World-Changing Company at Lifebit

At Lifebit, we're driven by the mission to make sensitive patient data securely accessible for biomedical researchers, and to enable complex AI-driven analysis in a simple, intuitive, and reproducible way. We empower leading institutions & researchers worldwide through our pioneering federated platform for population-scale health and life sciences, which uniquely enables secure cross-institution data discovery & analysis while keeping sensitive health data securely in place. Our Federated AI Platform is trusted by the world’s largest precision medicine programmes, health systems, global pharma, CROs, academic institutions, and biobanks, spanning the UK, Europe, US, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and more.

As we scale past our Series B phase, we are expanding our organization to meet the rapidly growing demand of a global market. Join us if you're inspired to tackle a mission that matters and want to lead the next generation of AI-based biomedical research solutions.

The Role

Lifebit is launching a new AI product line and is hiring a General Manager to build and run it as a standalone business unit, with tight product integration into our existing federated data & analytics platform. This is a zero-to-one commercial leadership role with full ownership of the unit's product and commercial outcomes. You will define the go-to-market strategy, set pricing, build the supporting team and take the product to enterprise customers in healthcare and life sciences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own product sales, marketing and pricing for the business unit, including the teams supporting each function
  • Own the unit's commercial and product outcomes, carrying a revenue target and a product uptake target
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new enterprise AI product line
  • Recruit, structure and lead the business unit team
  • Set the commercial operating cadence: pipeline management, forecasting and deal governance
  • Work with engineering and product leadership to align the roadmap with commercial demand
  • Report directly to the CEO on business unit performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
