General Manager Opportunity at a Leading Food-Led Pub in Buckinghamshire
We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of one of Buckinghamshire's most exciting food-led pubs.
This is a seriously impressive operation where the food is at the heart of everything. Think outstanding seasonal British cooking, fantastic local produce, an open kitchen, a brilliant wine offering, and the standards of a top restaurant—while still retaining the warmth and personality of a great pub.

We're Looking For a GM Who
- Comes from a high-quality, food-led pub or restaurant background
- Is genuinely passionate about food, wine, and brilliant hospitality
- Loves being on the floor and leading from the front
- Can recruit, develop, and retain a strong team
- Is commercially sharp across P and L, labour, GP, and budgets
- Can work closely with the Head Chef to create a seamless FOH and kitchen operation
- Understands how to maintain exceptionally high standards without losing the relaxed feel of a great pub
