We're looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead a thriving country inn that combines a welcoming pub, quality food offering, and boutique-style guest accommodation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys building great teams, and wants the freedom to make a real impact.
The Role
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales across food, drink, and accommodation.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Manage budgets, stock, labor, and overall financial performance.
- Build strong relationships within the local community and encourage repeat business.

About You
- Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up.
- Strong food-led pub or hospitality background.
- Commercially aware with experience managing P and L and KPIs.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being visible on the floor.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and developing people.
