We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of a thriving South London pub that successfully blends a bustling neighbourhood pub, boutique accommodation, quality dining, and private events under one roof. Set within a characterful period building, this is a business with multiple revenue streams and a fantastic reputation for guest experience.
The Role
- Lead all aspects of the business, including food, drink, accommodation, and private events.
- Take full ownership of P and L performance, labour, GP, and overall commercial success.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing management and front-of-house team.
- Drive occupancy, maximise event bookings, and build strong relationships within the local community.
- Ensure exceptional standards across service, compliance, and guest experience.

About You
- An experienced General Manager with a background in high-volume pubs, gastro pubs, or hospitality venues with rooms.
- Commercially focused with a proven track record of growing sales and delivering profit.
- Passionate about food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Comfortable managing a business with several income streams, including accommodation and functions.
- A natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and developing great teams.
