Role Specification

Position

Sales Head- Europe

Relevant Experience

  • 15 to 18 years in Infra and security Service Sales
  • At least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe

Requirements:

  • 15 to 20 years of solid sales experience
  • At least 10 years should be in UK and Europe
  • Track record of consistently achieving Infra and security revenue goals and acquiring new logos
  • Ability to influence and position services offerings in alignment with market requirements
  • Experience with the entire sales cycle including building and executing GTM strategies
  • Working with different functions in a collaborative way to ensure goals are met
  • Building and inspiring a high performing team that consistently achieves
  • Ability to win the confidence of customer executive leadership to build long term relationships
  • Experience working with Alliance Partners to build a Win-Win approach
  • Mentoring BDMs and taking them to the next level
