Role Specification
Position
Sales Head- Europe
Relevant Experience
- 15 to 18 years in Infra and security Service Sales
- At least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe
Requirements:
- 15 to 20 years of solid sales experience
- At least 10 years should be in UK and Europe
- Track record of consistently achieving Infra and security revenue goals and acquiring new logos
- Ability to influence and position services offerings in alignment with market requirements
- Experience with the entire sales cycle including building and executing GTM strategies
- Working with different functions in a collaborative way to ensure goals are met
- Building and inspiring a high performing team that consistently achieves
- Ability to win the confidence of customer executive leadership to build long term relationships
- Experience working with Alliance Partners to build a Win-Win approach
- Mentoring BDMs and taking them to the next level
