General Manager – BWWGo (Sunbury, Ohio)

BWWGo is seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead our Sunbury location — with the opportunity to oversee multiple stores upon successful completion of Brand Training. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Complete Brand Training and ensure all operations consistently meet brand standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead by example — set the tone for excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, costs, and labor to achieve financial goals.
- Resolve operational challenges with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment.
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-food or quick-service environment (franchise experience preferred).
- OR extensive store management experience showing steady growth and increased responsibility.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a passion for developing people.
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
- Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and customer service abilities.
- Flexible, adaptable, and quick-thinking problem solver who can pivot as needed.
- Tech-savvy with strong command of POS, scheduling, and reporting systems.
- Sales and profit-minded, with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.
