Store Manager – Leading Premium Coffee Brand £38,000 - £42,000 DOE + 10% Bonus
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected coffee and food-to-go brand for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of their busy and successful locations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving commercial success.
The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of the store, leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding coffee, freshly prepared food, and excellent customer service. You'll create a welcoming environment where both customers and team members enjoy spending time, while ensuring operational excellence and strong business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a motivated and engaged team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service standards at all times.
- Driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
- Maintaining high standards across food quality, coffee preparation, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Managing rotas, labour costs, stock control, and compliance requirements.
- Creating a positive and inclusive culture where people can thrive and develop.

About You
We're looking for a confident and energetic leader who genuinely enjoys working with people and is passionate about hospitality.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous management experience within coffee, hospitality, retail, or food service environments.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business performance.
- High standards, excellent attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate others.
