General Manager: Contract Catering: Leicestershire
A GBP 38,000:A GBP 40,000
We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a busy Contract Catering operation in Leicestershire, supporting a major long-term project.
This is a fantastic Monday-to-Friday opportunity to take full ownership of a high-volume catering operation serving around 500 customers daily, with excellent stability and genuine career progression.

The Operation
- Major long-term project
- Around 500 customers daily
- Team of 6-8 on site
- Fresh breakfast and lunch service
- Daily menus and Grab and Go
- Themed food days and promotions
- Client-facing environment with plenty of ownership
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day catering operation
- Manage and develop the site team
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Manage budgets, labour, and food costs
- Drive sales, service, and customer satisfaction
- Deliver site engagement and food initiatives

About You
- General Manager or experienced Catering Manager
- Contract Catering or B and I background
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Confident managing client relationships
- Hands-on, organised, and reliable
