Location: Caucasus Region (Relocation Required)

We are supporting a leading international technology organization in the search for a General Manager & Country Director to lead a major national identity and digital transformation program in a Caucasus country. This position combines general management, business development, government stakeholder management, and operational leadership within a strategic program impacting several million citizens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall business and operational performance of the local company.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with government authorities and institutional stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth, contract extensions, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale national program.
  • Lead a workforce of 150+ employees composed of multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure financial, contractual, and operational objectives are achieved.

Profile

  • Senior leadership experience in general management, finance, customer service, or country leadership roles.
  • Strong experience working with government entities, public sector organizations, or regulated environments.
  • Commercially minded with exposure to P&L management and business development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English required.
