General Manager – Designate

Location: West London, with responsibility for sites across the UK

THE COMPANY

Our client is a growing consumer products business with e-commerce, marketplace and warehouse operations across multiple UK sites. It is seeking a hands-on leader to help drive growth, strengthen performance and bring its teams and operations together.

THE JOB

Based at the West London head office, you will take a broad role spanning commercial performance, people leadership and day-to-day operations. You will oversee workforce planning, recruitment and management performance, while building a positive, accountable culture. Across the business, you will keep key initiatives moving, from marketplace and platform partnerships to warehouse operations and IT improvements. You will also negotiate with suppliers and service providers to improve costs and service, maintain strong business relationships and help manage contracts, compliance and operational challenges. The package includes a company car, private healthcare and a monthly performance-based bonus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
