As a Designate General Manager, you’ll be preparing to run one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted casino venues. This isn’t a role about keeping things ticking over, it’s for leaders who thrive on taking ownership, who want to help shape culture, develop people, grow a business and create a place teams and customers genuinely love.
You’ll work in a fast paced and exciting environment where leadership truly matters. You’ll learn the industry, understand the gaming floor, and build the confidence and capability to run your own casino. This is an induction with real momentum which is equally challenging, rewarding, and designed to stretch you to your full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your venue to its full potential from the gaming floor to the bar
- Using data and insight to think outside the box in order to drive revenue, visitation and margin growth
- Coaching and developing managers into confident future leaders
- Upholding player protection and compliance in a regulated environment
- Creating a culture where customers feel valued and teams feel proud to belong
What You Bring
- Experience leading large teams in high volume, customer led environments
- A commercial mindset with confidence using data and managing P&L
- Resilience paired with confidence and assured decision making
- Strong judgement in regulated or standards driven settings
- Proven ability to develop others and help shape a great working culture
- Able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts, including some weekends when needed
- A natural connection with customers and a people centred approach.
