Description
We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager. Supernova is known for its energetic atmosphere and outstanding smashed burgers, making it a standout destination in the capital’s quick-service scene. Supernova is part of BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative and globally recognised food concepts, including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Le Café NAC. With successful operations across London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality blends creativity with operational excellence to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile site in the heart of Soho and help drive its continued success.
Position summary
This is a floor-based leadership role — not an office job. As General Manager, you’ll lead from the front, setting the tone for service, standards, and culture every day. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction, ensuring the shop runs smoothly, consistently, and at pace. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the head office teams across operations, HR, training, and marketing to keep standards high and support ongoing improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
