General Manager Bristol £45,000 to £55,000 OTE including bonus New Opening | Mid September Start | Opening October 2026

Nancy Spains is coming to Bristol.

Located just off Corn Street in the heart of the historic city centre, our first Bristol venue will bring live music, Irish hospitality and unforgettable nights to the city. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the opening, build the team and create a venue that becomes one of Bristol's must-visit destinations. You'll join us in mid-September, complete two to three weeks of training in London, then return to Bristol to prepare for opening in October.

About Nancy Spains Nancy Spains is a fast-growing live music and hospitality brand built around real Irish hospitality, great drinks and unforgettable experiences. Our mission is simple: "Bringing the craic, one tune, one pint, one city at a time." We create venues where people feel welcome, where every shift has energy and where customers leave already planning their next visit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
