We manage over 100 projects across the UK and North America, overseeing over £30 billion of UK public sector assets and infrastructure, including the Menai Bridge, Bart's Hospital, and key Central Government departments.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SPV / PFI professional to support our MD (Operations) in the continuous improvement of our services and to assist on ad hoc, short-term projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing interim operational leadership of SPVs across the UK and multiple sectors
- Senior stakeholder management across end users, funders, partners, and FM contractors
- Financial, contract, and risk management
- Governance, compliance, and performance oversight
- Driving service quality and continuous improvement
- Ensuring consistently high-quality service across our portfolio
- Identifying and executing new business opportunities

About You
- Proven experience in an SPV, PFI / PPP, or complex outsourced contract environments, ideally with a national remit
- Strong understanding of the MSA's role as The Trusted Advisor
- Commercially and financially astute
- Confident operating at Board and executive level
- UK-based with the flexibility to work UK-wide on a contract-by-contract basis where on-site support is required - travel and subsistence covered
