We manage over 100 projects across the UK and North America, overseeing over £30 billion of UK public sector assets and infrastructure, including the Menai Bridge, Bart's Hospital, and key Central Government departments.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SPV / PFI professional to support our MD (Operations) in the continuous improvement of our services and to assist on ad hoc, short-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing interim operational leadership of SPVs across the UK and multiple sectors
  • Senior stakeholder management across end users, funders, partners, and FM contractors
  • Financial, contract, and risk management
  • Governance, compliance, and performance oversight
  • Driving service quality and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring consistently high-quality service across our portfolio
  • Identifying and executing new business opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience in an SPV, PFI / PPP, or complex outsourced contract environments, ideally with a national remit
  • Strong understanding of the MSA's role as The Trusted Advisor
  • Commercially and financially astute
  • Confident operating at Board and executive level
  • UK-based with the flexibility to work UK-wide on a contract-by-contract basis where on-site support is required - travel and subsistence covered
