Company Overview

Since launching Revive Collagen in August 2020, we have helped define the collagen category in the UK, pioneering a unique ready-to-drink collagen formula that makes daily beauty and wellness routines effortless and effective. We have now sold more than 35 million units, cementing our position as a market leader in ingestible collagen and earning the trust of hundreds of thousands of loyal customers.

We offer a portfolio of premium, market-leading collagen and functional wellness products designed to deliver effective, convenient daily supplementation. Our products are stocked by leading retailers including Boots, Holland & Barrett, Ulta, and Sephora, alongside a rapidly expanding international retail footprint. We have won more than 26 industry awards and were named New Business of the Year by Lloyds Banking Group.

Backed by one of the UK’s most influential media personalities, Amanda Holden, alongside globally renowned Mel B as our Global Brand Ambassador, Revive Collagen is entering an exciting new phase of international growth.

With distribution now exceeding 10,000 retail doors globally, we are looking for an exceptional General Manager - EMEA & APAC to lead our business across these strategically important regions and accelerate our next stage of growth.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity for an exceptional leader to take a central role in the next stage of Revive Collagen’s international growth.

We are looking for someone who has operated at C-suite or executive leadership level within retail, beauty, wellness, or supplements, or who has been a key part of the growth story of a high-performing beauty or supplement brand. The successful candidate will bring first-hand experience of substantially scaling revenue, retail distribution, and commercial capability within a fast-growing consumer business.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, you will assume full responsibility for Revive Collagen across EMEA and APAC, including ownership of the regional P&L, commercial strategy, retail growth, distributor partnerships, and market expansion.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role. While you will build and lead the regional team, you will also be expected to personally drive key relationships, lead major negotiations, develop market-entry plans, and take direct ownership of delivery. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing it themselves, particularly as the regional structure continues to scale.

You will strengthen our position in established markets while identifying and successfully entering new territories with significant long-term potential. You will build senior relationships with major retail and distribution partners while establishing the team, structure, and operating discipline required to support substantial international growth.

This is not a purely strategic or corporate leadership position. You will be expected to remain close to partners, commercial performance, and day-to-day execution while providing clear leadership.

This is a fast-paced, founder-led entrepreneurial environment requiring someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at board level while also taking personal responsibility for delivering key commercial priorities. Experience in a founder-led background is advantageous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Develop and execute a clear regional growth strategy across retail, distributors, and strategic partnerships.
  • Personally lead priority retailer and distributor relationships, from initial engagement and commercial negotiation through to launch and ongoing performance.

  • Lead the UK business while accelerating expansion across priority European, Middle Eastern, and Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new market opportunities based on commercial potential, consumer demand, and operational feasibility.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with major retailers, distributors, and strategic commercial partners.
  • Lead negotiations relating to retail listings, distribution agreements, commercial terms, and market-entry partnerships.
  • Protect and expand existing distribution through effective customer planning, performance management, and senior-level engagement.
  • Ensure distributors operate against clearly defined commercial targets, investment commitments, and brand standards.
  • Lead annual budgeting, JBP, forecasting, and commercial planning across the region, ensuring strong financial control and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor regional revenue, gross margin, operating costs, inventory, and profitability, taking decisive action where performance falls below plan.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop effective regional brand strategies, product launches, and consumer activation programmes.
  • Partner with Product Development and Regulatory teams to identify commercially relevant innovation and ensure products are appropriate for local markets.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to maintain excellent customer service, inventory availability, and launch execution.
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting structures across markets, customers, channels, and functional teams.
  • Step into commercial and operational priorities personally where required to ensure deadlines and growth objectives are delivered.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team, creating a culture of accountability, pace, and commercial excellence.
  • Build regional capability over time while remaining directly accountable for execution and results.
  • Provide regular, concise, and commercially focused updates to the CEO, Co-Founder, and wider leadership team.
  • Represent Revive Collagen at senior customer meetings, international trade events, industry forums, and strategic negotiations.
  • Protect and strengthen Revive Collagen’s position as a premium leader within the ingestible beauty and functional wellness categories.
