General Manager – Premium Pubs & Bars
London | £45,000 – £65,000 + Bonus
We’re working exclusively with a growing and expanding hospitality group with an exciting collection of pubs, bars and large-format venues across London.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking to connect with exceptional General Managers who are ready to take ownership of ambitious venues and play a key role in their continued success.
This is a varied portfolio, with opportunities across premium neighbourhood pubs, food-led destinations, high-volume central London bars and large-scale event and competitive socialising venues.
No two venues are the same — and that’s exactly the point.
The Venues
Depending on your experience and strengths, opportunities range from:
-
🏡 Premium Neighbourhood Pubs Characterful, community-led venues with strong local followings, premium food and drink propositions, outdoor spaces and significant opportunities around events and private hire.
-
🍽️ Food-Led & Destination Pubs More polished, hospitality-focused venues where food, service, bookings and customer experience are central to the operation, alongside a strong drinks business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
