About the Role

The User Experience team at Roku is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join us in our exciting growth. We believe that great design is born from a deep understanding of user needs, and our UX Researchers are central to that mission. As a UX Researcher, you will conduct end-to-end research, from defining research questions to analyzing and presenting findings. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our products are intuitive, engaging, and delightful for our users. Your insights will directly influence product strategy and roadmap.

  • Conduct end-to-end research, from defining research questions to analyzing and presenting findings.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Design research studies, recruiting participants, conducting interviews and usability tests.
  • Analyze data and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Passionate about understanding user behavior.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proven track record of conducting impactful user research.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your research process and outcomes.
  • Experience with remote research tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
