Ready to take the step into your first General Manager role?
We're working with one of a kind exciting social entertainment concept, combining competitive gaming, premium drinks and unforgettable guest experiences. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant General Manager or Deputy General Manager who's ready to take ownership of their own venue.
Located in the City of London, the venue has a fantastic trading pattern. It's a lively, high-energy operation from Thursday through Sunday, while Monday to Wednesday are much quieter, giving you the time to focus on administration, stock control, planning, training and developing your team.

What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of your first site with the support of an experienced Operations Director
- Leading a fun, energetic team and creating a fantastic culture
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience across gaming, drinks and events
- Managing all financials, including labour, stock and P and L performance
- Recruiting, coaching and developing your management team
We're looking for someone who
- Is ready to step into their first General Manager position.
- Has experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager or Senior Manager within hospitality.
- Loves fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
- Has experience within bars, restaurants, competitive socialising, entertainment or late-night hospitality.
- Is commercially minded with strong people leadership skills.
- Wants to build a long-term career with a growing business.
