We’re looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our West London club — driving membership growth, inspiring a motivated team, and ensuring every member enjoys an outstanding experience.
This role combines hands-on leadership, commercial focus, and operational excellence. You’ll work within established frameworks designed to help you deliver exceptional business results and an outstanding member journey.

Your Role
As General Manager, you’ll oversee and contribute to all aspects of the club’s performance — including sales, member retention, operations, and team leadership — ensuring the club consistently meets and exceeds brand standards.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to support club operations, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Commercial Performance
- Lead by example in all sales activities, including calls, tours, and conversions.
- Drive membership growth through effective local marketing and outreach.
- Coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Monitor KPIs daily and take proactive steps to maintain performance.
- Contribute to budget planning and deliver against commercial objectives.
Member Experience and Retention
- Ensure every member receives a welcoming, professional experience.
- Implement initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
- Respond promptly to member feedback and service issues.
- Build a genuine sense of community within the club.
Leadership and People Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and fitness professionals.
- Set clear expectations and uphold consistent performance standards.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
Operations and Compliance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
- Oversee all health and safety compliance, checks, and audits.
- Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and act as the key point of contact for the club.

About You
We’re seeking a confident, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front.
- At least 5 years’ management experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
- A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for fitness, service, and member satisfaction.

What You’ll Get
